What will be your responsibilities?
Make sure all the notifications sent by staff (absent, late, and halfday) are auto filed on Staff Central to avoid No Call - No Show tagging.
Send customer email notifications following staff’s notification.
Contact staff who failed to log in prior to their shift.
Communicate with other departments (if needed) to resolve problems and expedite work.
Generate NCNS to properly tag staff who failed to show up to work.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Proven work experience as back office staff.
Can coordinate with all relevant Business Units as required.
able to organize with minimal supervision projects and workload within a fast-paced work environment
An ability to communicate and work in a team
