Job Description

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Make sure all the notifications sent by staff (absent, late, and halfday) are auto filed on Staff Central to avoid No Call - No Show tagging.

  • Send customer email notifications following staff’s notification.

  • Contact staff who failed to log in prior to their shift.

  • Communicate with other departments (if needed) to resolve problems and expedite work.

  • Generate NCNS to properly tag staff who failed to show up to work.


  • Proven work experience as back office staff.

  • Can coordinate with all relevant Business Units as required.

  • able to organize with minimal supervision projects and workload within a fast-paced work environment

  • An ability to communicate and work in a team
