What you will do
You will review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS
You will analyze the impact of business actions on financial results
You will prepare internal and external management reporting packages
You will set the right goals to steer the company and follow up on their progress
You will contribute to ensuring accurate and reliable accounting data
You will provide insightful analyses regarding sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency
You will contribute to our finance projects (the major one being ERP implementation)
You will act as a business partner for non-finance stakeholders
You will support and mentor junior controller/s
Who we're looking for
You have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Financial Controller, Auditor or Accountant
You have a working knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects
You have proven MS Excel skills, MS Dynamics is a plus
You have the ability to quickly build credibility and trust with all levels in an organization
You have a hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and pragmatism
You have excellent communication skills in English
