Job Description

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Effectively collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.

  • Main accountable in handling the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.

  • Implement best practices in candidate assessment and selection to ensure the hiring of top-quality talent.

  • Conduct thorough and effective candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Develop and implement creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.

  • Evaluate and leverage recruitment technology tools and platforms to streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our employer value proposition and enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market intelligence, and emerging recruitment practices to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategies.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation and attract top talent.

  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to enhance onboarding and retention programs.


  • Bachelor's degree, with at least 8 years proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with intermediate skills in using Microsoft Excel.

  • Flexible, dependable, and professional.

  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask and able to work independently and prioritize in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
