Position Overview:
As our Marketing Manager, you will be required to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives ensuring effective management of the organization's marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, including media communication channels.
What will be your responsibility?
Develop and execute a clear marketing plan to reach our ideal audiences.
Manage and track the performance of our marketing campaigns.
Work with our sales team to develop and implement lead-generation strategies.
Create and manage our social media accounts.
Create and manage our website.
Work with our creative team to develop marketing materials.
Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Report on the results of our marketing campaigns to Senior Management
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, focusing on online marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of social media marketing, website development and management, and lead generation.
Experience in specific marketing channels, such as email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), or pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team effectively: This means being able to lead and motivate a team, set goals, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
