Job Description

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Manage day-to-day user accounts using automated tools and administrative consoles or application admin screens.

  • Create and maintain documentation for account management and compliance operations, ensuring adherence to standards.

  • Assist in onboarding and acquiring account management responsibilities for new applications. Establish and maintain role-based access following the principle of least privilege.

  • Identify, understanding, scope, organize, and resolve small to large-scale projects related to account management with minimal oversight.

  • Proactively monitor and resolve account issues, including negative audit findings related to user account management.

  • Create, maintain, communicate, and react to reports concerning Account Management metrics.

  • Rotate on-call incident response for high-priority incidents, identifying and escalating account management issues to the appropriate individuals.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 3+ years of IT experience, 2 years with Identity access management (IAM).

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field of study. Or equivalent experience.

  • Strong analytical, process, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated understanding of Active Directory principles and functionality, including the management of user objects and computer objects within the directory service.

  • Ability to navigate and perform tasks related to user and computer objects in Active Directory, such as creating, modifying, and managing user accounts and associated attributes.

  • Healthcare background or knowledge on hospital-based applications and systems.

  • Understanding of HIPPA, PCI, HITRUST, and other governing bodies
