What will be your responsibilities?
Manage day-to-day user accounts using automated tools and administrative consoles or application admin screens.
Create and maintain documentation for account management and compliance operations, ensuring adherence to standards.
Assist in onboarding and acquiring account management responsibilities for new applications. Establish and maintain role-based access following the principle of least privilege.
Identify, understanding, scope, organize, and resolve small to large-scale projects related to account management with minimal oversight.
Proactively monitor and resolve account issues, including negative audit findings related to user account management.
Create, maintain, communicate, and react to reports concerning Account Management metrics.
Rotate on-call incident response for high-priority incidents, identifying and escalating account management issues to the appropriate individuals.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
3+ years of IT experience, 2 years with Identity access management (IAM).
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field of study. Or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical, process, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
Demonstrated understanding of Active Directory principles and functionality, including the management of user objects and computer objects within the directory service.
Ability to navigate and perform tasks related to user and computer objects in Active Directory, such as creating, modifying, and managing user accounts and associated attributes.
Healthcare background or knowledge on hospital-based applications and systems.
Understanding of HIPPA, PCI, HITRUST, and other governing bodies
