HR Recruitment Specialist at OutChain Solutions

Job Description

Effectively source, screen and identify qualified candidates who have both the required skills (particularly IT).

Administers end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding process of new hires as advised by the line manager.

End-to End Recruitment

  • Gathers, analyzes, and understands job/position requirements and selection procedures

  • Able to effectively collaborate and guide the hiring managers on the requirements, market standards, and industry practice in recruiting niche/hard-to-find IT and finance positions 

  • Determines appropriate sourcing channels

  • Creates job ads and other sourcing-related materials using appropriate tools and applications

  • Gathers applications and maintains the applicant/candidate database/systems

  • Value and take part in ensuring a good Candidate experience is achieved consistently

  • Conducts the identified selection procedures including but not limited to the screening of CVs/resumes, phone/face-to-face interviews, test administration (Saville and other assessments which may be required)

  • Organizes applicant interviews with hiring managers and other identified assessors/interviewers

  • Leads the salary planning process in consultation with the hiring manager 

  • Drafts and communicates approved job offers, take the lead in salary negotiations and ensures acceptance is formalized through signed offer letters

  • Ensures job postings (HRIS, job sites, etc.) are properly updated/closed  

  • Administers employee referral program

New Hire HR Administration

  • Communicates with the HR team members regarding documentation and transaction forms for accuracy and clarity of information related to new hire

  • Compiles data and generates reports as requested; and any other duties or special projects as assigned

  • Serves as the first point of contact for queries and transactions related to recruitment from line managers, new hires and employees (Enquiry Centre)

  • Keeps management advised of potential problem areas and recommends/implements solutions as appropriate

Decision Making Authority

  • Responsible for determining talent acquisition strategy and activities

Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 PHP

Referral Reward: 10,000 PHP
