Finance Manager (Must have: Hotel Experience)

Operations

1. Efficient operation and cost control of all hotel departments and facilities

2. Roomes and public areas consistently maintained to standards of attractiveness, comfort and cleanliness

3. Food and Beverage consistently maintained to standards quality, innovativeness, service and presentation

4. Energy consumption is maintained and minimized

5. Ensure adherence to relevant legislation relating to fire, hygiene employment licensing etc

6. Ensure adherance and compliance to company standards

Human Resources - Achieve the best utlization and planning of staff resources, ensuring productivity and positive climate of staff relations.

1. Effective staffing procedures

2. Excellent communication and distribution of information

3. Effective scheduling and utlization of staff resources

4. Reporting relationships outlined

5. Job expectations outlined and regularly evaluated

6. Awareness and response to employee morale problems

7. Effective relation with union representatives

8. Ongoing management development

9. Ongoing awareness of local compensation and benefits practice & hotels relative competitiveness
   

Guests and public relations - Represent the hotel and the company in a positive and productive manner to guests, colleagues and the community

1. Efficient and friends services to guests

2. Response to all verbal and written comments and takes when necessary

3. Community awareness

• Package: PHP 35,000 + Mobile Allowance + Duty Meals + HMO upon regularization + Leave credits upon 1year of service
