What You'll Do:
You will be part of the Taiwan team and work closely with other APAC marketplace managers, you will manage the marketplaces directly
You will implement catalog, sales and procurement on our existing marketplaces and launch new marketplaces for the Taiwan market
You will be managing the communication with marketing, operations and product procurement stakeholders directly, taking full responsibility of the marketplaces you own
You will regularly conduct in-depth analysis of the market and the competitors that will enable us to always be a step ahead of our competitors
You will make sure that our products are ranked the best and you will lead highlighting campaigns by doing regular analysis and optimizations
You will be responsible for controlling the marketplace’s performance and KPIs
Who You Are:
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
You have at least 2 years work experience in business development, marketing, e-commerce, or equivalent
You are fluent in Mandarin and English; both written (traditional Chinese) and speaking are a must
You are curious and dynamic; you have good relationship-building skills that allow you to convince your partners
You are pragmatic, organized and rigorous with your work, with a strong analytical mind and affinity for numbers.
You love business: as a true entrepreneur you are ready to work independently with strong responsibilities.
You are agile: change stimulates you and you love to be autonomous and always try to improve your skills.
You have a mastery in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
Experience managing marketplaces is a plus
