What will be your responsibilities?
Set sales targets and KPIs for retail teams and monitor performance against goals
Provide guidance and support to the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to provide insights and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Prepare regular reports on retail performance, sales trends, and customer feedback
Ensure incentive scheme of retail staff is consistently aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with marketing teams to propose retail activities aligned with brand campaigns
1. Training and Development
a. Develop and implement training programs for sales associates in collaboration with Marketing, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, and selling techniques
b. Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of retail staff
2. Customer Experience
a. Ensure that all customers receive a personalized and positive experience in our retail spaces.
b. Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve service and meet customer expectations
3. Retail Operations
a. Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail locations, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience
b. Coordinate with Marketing teams to ensure promotional events and activities are executed properly
c. Collaborate with Marketing and Visual Merchandising to ensure our colour cosmetics products are showcased effectively
d. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability
4. Liaison with Key Accounts buyers
a. Drive relationships with select Key Accounts buyers to develop partnership and collaboration for growth plans
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum of 3+ years in retail and/or sales in Beauty/cosmetics, consumer packaged goods, and lifestyle, preferably at the Supervisor/Manager level with 2+ years of experience managing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is required.
Experience with training retail teams (developing training materials as well as holding trainings)
Experience with analyzing sales performance and developing insights and recommendations
Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills. This role will require directly influencing decisions and leading through people
Highly creative with strong attention to detail
Ability to work and lead agile cross-functional teams
Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Fluent in English and Filipino
