What will be your responsibilities?
This is a project-based HR Recruitment Assistant role at Bernales & Associates located in Maimpis, San Fernando, Pampanga. The HR Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating job offers. The role also involves maintaining applicant tracking systems, conducting background checks, and assisting with new employee onboarding. This is an on-site role, and the HR Recruitment Assistant will be expected to work in the office in San Fernando.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment is a must
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems is a plus
