What will be your responsibility?

• Planning and managing the digital marketing plans and branding across all channels.

• Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for the short as well as the long term – digitally. 

• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts and prepare reports and necessary actions.

• Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, and internal and external stakeholders to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

• Overseeing and coordinating the efforts of the digital marketing team to achieve organizational goals.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong Marketing Management skills, Campaign Management, and Lead Generation skills with a track record of successfully managing complex campaigns and events from concept to execution.

• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Can easily adapt to a fast-paced working environment
