What will be your responsibilities?

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist at Ortigas Land Corporation. The Property Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to commercial and residential real estate sales, communication with clients, and providing excellent customer service. While the role is primarily located in Pasig, there is flexibility for some remote work.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in commercial and residential real estate is a plus
Sales experience
Knowledge of property management and leasing
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
PRC and DHSUD Salesperson accreditation is a plus.
Knowledge in digital marketing is also a plus.
Fresh graduates are also welcome.
