What will be your responsibilities?
E-commerce Sales Leadership:
Oversee the execution of all E-commerce initiatives to achieve/exceed sales, market share, revenue, profit objectives, and brand health targets for Colourette and Fresh Formula's e-commerce channels, including (but not limited to) TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, e-retailers, DTC, and affiliates, etc.
Develop account goals and annual business plans for all e-commerce channels incorporating customers’ insights, market/ channel sales/trend analysis, execution plans, agreed targets, strategies, and promotion activities
Forecast and Budget - Work with the Demand Planning and Finance team on monthly sales forecasts and performance across all online channels
Business Planning and Review – implement strategic plans, develop and conduct periodic business reviews with designated online channels
Promotion programs – gain maximum impact on Colourette and Fresh Formula's online revenue by initiating, developing, implementing, and evaluating channel-specific promotion strategies and activities, according to annual sales, marketing, category plans, and ROI
Digital investment: utilize data-driven insights to enhance the Colourette and Fresh Formula's digital marketing strategy and deliver outstanding customer experiences across the consumer journey, from acquisition to retention
Marketing Campaigns - work with CMO, COO, and Marketing team to ensure all campaigns drive a commercially successful outcome and achieve KPIs of growing brand awareness and long-term sustainable sales.
Brand Awareness - work with CMO to translate brand positioning into distinctive sales campaigns to drive consistency and sales growth across all customer-facing touchpoints.
Consumer Insights and Market Research:
Drive in-house research efforts on consumer digital touchpoints together with Marketing, translating consumer insights into actions, and helping to implement them across the organization (e.g. product development, marketing, sales, customer service).
Track and monitor brand and competitor performance metrics and be agile to shift gears and modify plans based on data and insights
Provide regular feedback on the market and competitors' actions and identify sales opportunities to grow the business
Work with CEO and product team to define future product portfolio strategy including the role and positioning of Colourette and Fresh Formula’s Core, Limited Editions, and other NPDs
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Manage and coach the e-commerce team, providing guidance and feedback to help them reach their full potential
Develop and oversee the achievement of team and individual OKRs and KPIs
Collaborate closely with various departments, including retail sales, trade marketing, product development, marketing, and business intelligence
Work closely with the CEO and COO to drive innovation in marketing and customer engagement strategies
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
5+ years of experience with a proven track record in growing revenue and transactions in e-commerce and other digital channels in beauty/cosmetics, FMCG, and/or lifestyle at a managerial level with 3+ years of experience managing teams
Diploma / Degree holders in e-commerce, Business, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent
Must have a great understanding of all aspects of online selling
Experience evaluating ROI of various types of performance marketing investments (e.g. Paid Ads, CPAS)
Good data interpretation skills and ability to make use of market trends to propose suitable recommendations
Ability to read and interpret P&L and understand activities’ implications on P&L
Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills. This role will require directly influencing decisions and leading through people
Ability to work and lead agile cross-functional teams
Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Fluent in English and Filipino
