Recruiters are responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.This should explain, in summary, the general responsibilities and the key tasks of the role. This should also include their purpose, relationships with customers, co-workers, and others, and the results expected of incumbent employees.

To apply for this role, you are excellent at:

  • Developing recruiting plan for each open position

  • Recruiting candidates in a timely manner

  • Tracking candidates in recruiting process and develop daily metric reporting

  • Managing assessments and testing

  • Developing streamline methods for offer letters, background screens and drug testing

  • Working with cross-functional teams

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases/colleges/social media

  • Screening candidates resumes and job applications

  • Conducting interviews

  • Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

  • Onboarding new employees to have them fully integrated into our systems

  • Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices

  • Promoting company's reputation

  • Preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board

Your Success Profile includes:

  • At least 1-2 year Recruiting experience 

  • Exposure to healthcare industries, preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking and HRIS System

  • Willing to Work-from-Home Temporarily or in Makati and on a US/night shift (9:00pm-6:00am MNL)

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Comfortable making decisions independently

  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking and HRIS System

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
