DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EMPLOYEE
Collaborate with the Changsha (China) marketing team to create all of the integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to drive acquisition and build repeat business
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as compliance and product teams to ensure all marketing materials are compliant based on various related industry rules and guidelines
Manage and lead the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
Collaborate and manage the development, execution, and monitoring of new marketing- related features
Review and support the approval of campaign materials for social media and KOLs
Manage and support digital content for Webull users, including ad-hoc notices, marketing email communications, all in-house content in the Webull community feature and education materials
Ownership of all pre-login features and content of the marketing website
Responsibilities include managing and support the approval of all changes to the Marketing website to ensure brand consistency and drive client conversion
Copywrite for all promotional campaigns, including the copy for external communications
Secure and manage media partnerships, including the execution of deliverables
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
PREREQUISITES REQUIRED
Excellent writing, research, interpersonal, and communication skills in Japanese (native
level)
Basic English language communication skills (both written and spoken)
Ability to adapt quickly to changes within the workflow and work assigned.
Independent but also a strong, good team player that enjoys engaging in teamwork with a positive and constructive attitude
Strives in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure and tight deadlines
Possessing a keen interest in financial and investment products (FinTech)
Salary: 3.5 Million to 6 Million
