Job Description

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Be responsible for assisting in creation and maintaining comprehensive IAM programs for application access and security rights.

  • Manage the enterprise Identity and Access Management system ensuring that access is controlled, documented, authorized and appropriate to address business requirements.

  • Responsible for daily operations, testing, and basic maintenance of IAM tools.

  • Maintaining of Accounts and Access service offerings and workflows.

  • Understands, creates, and maintains documentation for day to day account management and IAM compliance operations procedures and standards.

  • Creates and maintains User Access reports and dashboards to be utilized by IT and Account Management teams in order to ensure users have appropriate access rights based on their job roles and to assist with adherence to the various account management policies.

  • Initiate and monitor auditing campaigns of application account access.

  • Establish and maintain Role Based Auto Requesting and Suggested access roles based on HR job roles.

  • Formulate action plans and resolve issues in response to findings by internal and external auditors.

  • Review, reconcile, and maintain IAM Tool Identity User Profile accounts.

  • Provide guidance to system administrators defining user rights, assigning group functionality and elevated privileged accounts.

  • Rotating On-Call Incident response for high priority incidents.

Additional Details

  • Requires on-call duty 24-hrs/day as a part of a rotation schedule for emergency response to critical technical situations requiring immediate attention.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 5+ Years of IT Experience with 3 years Identity Access Management experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field of study, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong analytical, process, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment, incident response.

  • Understanding of file share security and Active Directory account management.

  • CSCS, CHSE, or CHPSE certification

  • Experienced Preferred

  • Understanding of file share security and Active Directory account management.

  • ITIL best practices.

  • ITIL Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

  • ITIL Understanding of HIPPA, PCI, HITRUST, and other governing bodies.
