What will be your responsibilities?
Support Visual Merchandising Strategy
Assist in the development and implementation of visual merchandising strategies to align with the brand's image and business objectives.
Ensure consistent visual presentation across all retail channels, both in-store and online.
In-Store Displays
Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager to design and execute in-store displays that showcase key product launches, promotions, and brand stories.
Work closely with store teams to ensure proper implementation of visual guidelines and merchandising standards.
Displays and Point of Sale (POS)
Contribute to the creation of eye-catching displays and point-of-sale materials that attract customers and enhance the overall shopping experience
Marketing Initiatives
Assist in the development of visual elements for marketing campaigns, including pop-ups, brand activations, and promotional events.
Ensure that visual elements align with the brand's identity and standards.
Training and Guidelines
Assist in the development of visual merchandising guidelines and training materials for store staff.
Execute visual merchandising initiatives with attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in visual merchandising in the beauty or retail industry
Good understanding of colour cosmetics, personal care, and skin care market trends
Strong creative and design skills with an understanding of colour theory and aesthetics
Exceptional project management and communication skills; fluent in English and Filipino
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Enthusiastic about contributing to a positive and visually appealing brand experience.
Ability to work and lead agile cross-functional teams.
Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
