Job Description

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive IT Change Management process aligned with ITIL best practices.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the change management framework.

  • Continuously monitor and improve the IT Change Management process, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and tracking.

  • Assess and manage risks associated with changes, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans for high-impact changes.

  • Implement best practices and lessons learned to assess the success of changes and identify areas of improvement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and address their concerns.

  • Review ITSM tool records and reports to ensure compliance with quality and Service Level Agreements.

  • Monitor and enforce change governance processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

  • Develop and deliver training programs on change management best practices to IT Staff and business stakeholders.

  • Utilize the ITSM platform to automate change request workflows and approvals.

  • Submit low-risk, repeatable changes to the CAB for approval as standard changes, maintain the Standard Change Register, and authorize and schedule standard changes.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Comprehensive grasp of Service Level Agreements and performance metrics

  • 3+ years’ experience managing change requests to ensure they follow the approved ITIL process customer SOPs.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to successfully manage multiple assignments/priorities, being detail-oriented.

  • Experience working in a fast-moving and changing large enterprise IT environment.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
