The Senior Platform Architect in the Customer Out Cums Division plays the role of Technical Advisor. Customers are responsible for establishing a robust technical foundation on the ServiceNow platform and helping them design and solve platform architectures to maximize business value.

Senior Platform Architects help our customers maximize their best practices regarding instance strategies, technical governance, core data, integration, and technical health across the platform needed to achieve their business goals. This role is also considered to provide guidance to customers as well as delivery team partners, customer employees, etc. to provide solutions on architectures designed for long-term success. , Take the role of an advanced consultant.

  • This role is responsible for contacting the customer's management team, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams across the solution review, design, and implementation phases.

  • As a technical expert across multiple projects and activities, we provide guidance to our customers, partners, and in-house team members to successfully design and deliver your solutions.

  • It provides a wide range of technical knowledge about platforms, integrations, operation models, etc. that are needed to get multiple business workflows up and running on ServiceNow.

  • To understand ServiceNow's role in your digital transformation, we build strong relationships with your technology and business leaders. Develop a technical roadmap with an understanding of your business objectives and expected outcomes.

  • To achieve complex business goals, analyze business backgrounds and technical requirements and develop a blueprint for your architecture ( Blueprint ).

  • Work with your customer's enterprise architect to position ServiceNow as the standard for a digital transformation platform integrated with your core application.

  • Establish technical governance, efficient delivery models, operation models, and governance to assist in control and management.

  • Work with the delivery team to align platform and application implementations with ServiceNow best practices to reduce technical debt and ensure instance health.

  • In the service proposal, we will review the scope definitions and estimates of the contract contents and change requests to support service sales activities.

  • Act as an active contributor to best practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.

  • Actively acquire knowledge about ServiceNow applications, platforms, and industry-standard management frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, etc. ) and prove your skill set through the acquisition of various certification qualifications.

Qualification

To succeed in this role, you need to.

  • Over 8 years of experience as a member of a professional services organization, or equivalent education or experience

  • Better to have experience in management consulting (Big 4, strategy farm, etc. )

  • A creative entrepreneurial spirit that runs initiatives and programs independently in a fast-paced environment with changes like startups

  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems while delivering successful activities

  • Experience in collaborative activities across organizations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Desirable if you have a ServiceNow certification

  • Desirable with deep expertise in a particular business area

  • Experience leading architecture and software design in large programs

  • Enterprise architecture experience

  • Cloud application technology experience

  • Languages: Japanese: Native Level, English: Business Level ( Be able to acquire new knowledge through meetings and training in English )
