DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EMPLOYEE
Oversee and lead a team of Marketing Managers and Executives to accomplish
Work closely with the Global Marketing Team to build, plan, and implement the overall
marketing strategy for Japan, as well as to prepare and manage marketing budget
Manage and oversee different marketing channels
Measure ROI and KPIs for all the campaigns and business initiatives
Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for
Any other marketing-related responsibilities deemed appropriate and necessary by the
Graduate degree, preferably in Business or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of
similar experience in a related financial industry
Possesses at least 3 years of digital sales and engagement team leadership capacity is a
Strong customer-orientation, commercial awareness, and prior stints in customer-centric
organizations would be highly advantageous
Strives in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure and tight deadlines
An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; an authentic leader with good
time management, inclusive behaviors, and a strong belief in people development.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese. Chinese is a plus.
Possessing a keen interest in financial and investment products (FinTech).
Salary: 8 million to 12 million JPY
