What will be your responsibilities?
Individual contributor
Perform period-end close activities.
Complete special projects/ad hoc reports for management and Board.
Develop reporting dashboards appropriate for various stakeholders and track KPI.
Manage and monitor accounting procedures for compliance, coordinate and facilitate completion of requirements in any kind of audit engagement.
Treasury
Processing and documenting cash activities including but not limited to customer receipts, vendor payments, employee cash advances and liquidation that are not related to incentives in the Financial ERP system.
Preparing and communicating daily banking activity reports.
Manage daily cash positioning activities including daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation and bank reporting.
Reconciling bank deposits and payments.
Investigating and resolving discrepancies with cash transactions.
Responding to customer complaints and addressing transaction-related issues.
Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory reporting.
Assist Manager in maintaining banking relationships and other financial service providers.
Prepare forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and funds available for investment.
Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
Monitor quarterly and annual compliance with loan agreements.
Act as treasury liaison internally for leasing analysis of property and equipment.
Oversee credit insurance program.
Accounts Receivable and Collection
Review, verification, and entry of revenue accruals, reversals and customer invoices in the Financial ERP system
Ensures that all revenue accruals are billed/invoiced in a timely and proper manner.
Preparing and communicating daily invoicing activities
Monitors the aging of clients' transactions.
Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
Ensuring that all necessary follow-ups and coordination with client and other departments in the company has been done to resolve collection issues (wrong billing, no PO, wrong discount, long overdue transactions, lost invoice, and the like)
Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
Oversee and update customer files to ensure data accuracy.
Perform other tasks/duties associated with accounts receivable.
