What will be your responsibility?

• Proactive IT Security Monitoring

• Promptly respond to security incidents and provide thorough post-event analysis

• Respond to IT Security incidents detected by SIEM system and user-reported incidents

• Perform malware clean-up tasks

• Support technical IT security issues

• Investigate cyber security incidents

• Analyze and evaluate security incidents

• Ensure OS & third-party software are patched accordingly.
  

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 3 yearof s working experience

• Degree in computer science or relevant field a plus

• Basic knowledge and understanding of enterprise networks and IT environments

• Experience in IT Security Solutions (SIEM, IDS / IPS, Encryption, AAA, IDM)

• Sound knowledge about IT security solutions

• Strong understanding of basic cyber-intelligence techniques

• Good technical knowledge in the IT security environment

• Good analytical skills

• Knowledge in network technology and Internet protocols

• Knowledge on proper ticket handling and good priority-setting.

• Resourceful, flexible, and capable of collaborating with multi-cultural environment

• Excellent communication skills .

• Well-driven, motivated, team-oriented, and can easily adapt to complex environment.

• Available for travel for onsite support and training .

• Willingness to work on shifting schedules.
