What you'll do

  • You are responsible for expanding our Emma e-commerce business in the Greater China market; you will mainly be focused on growing our business and develop new initiatives to help fuel growth

  • You will conduct research to identify and lead business opportunities, growth areas, trends, services, and overall brand proposition

  • You will identify trends by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements and using this information to create plans

  • You will screen potential business deals and partnerships by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials

  • You will execute projects that will lead to overall growth of top line and/or bottom line of the business 

  • You will work with the team to supervise and streamline both back-end and consumer-facing business operation platforms between the company and 3rd party suppliers as needed

  • You will take on ad-hoc tasks that ultimately lead to growth of the business

What you'll bring to us

  • You have studied Business Administration/Marketing/Economics or any related university program 

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or E-commerce (startup exposure is a plus)

  • You are fluent (Business to Native) in Mandarin at the same time very good English communication skills

  • You have strong analytical skills, adaptable to rapidly developing situations and the ability to learn quickly

  • You are capable of taking on responsibility and working independently

  • You have the drive, ambition and a genuine interest in how to grow a business
