What You'll Do
Responsible for the design and development of modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain/F&O
Responsible for coding, unit testing and creating supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics based solutions
Responsible for setting up security measures and permissions within Microsoft Dynamics
Gain understanding of the business' needs and collaborates with other support teams to complete design and testing documentation.
Provide technical input in creating functional design and specifications when customizations or extensions to Microsoft Dynamics solutions are needed.
Prepare technical documentation
Responsible for developing custom functions, forms, and reports
May be tasked with additional development tasks such as: developing data migration procedures to integrate Microsoft Dynamics Solutions to other systems.
Provide support and expertise in development technologies and environments.
Test modifications for the validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards.
Participate in the system and acceptance testing.
Provide work estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be made.
Provide inputs to the design of modules or any modifications. Cooperate with Consultants in designing a solution for the business needs and requirement
Who You Are:
You have 5+ years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain (formerly known as AX) development
You have demonstrated the following abilities: applying Microsoft development techniques effectively following development best practices / planning and carrying out unit testing
You are familiar and experienced in the following: Core Microsoft Dynamics Applications / Basic Azure Knowledge Visual Studio Code Usage
You are familiar with Interfacing Systems (Flow, PowerApps, PowerBI, Azure Functions, Web Services)
You have a solid understanding of key independent software vendors (ISVs) within the industry
You know other useful coding languages such as C#.net, VB.net, Html
You demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritize and solve problems proactively
You are able to focus on deadlines and deliverables
You are able to think abstractly
You have the ability to work under pressure
You can work independently with minimal supervision
You can adhere to development procedures and standards
You are a team player with strong communication skills and result oriented
You have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
You can clearly and effectively communicate
