food and beverage consistently maintained to standards quality, innovativeness, service presentation
Energy consumption is maintained and minimized
Ensure adherence to relevant legislation relating to fire, hygiene employment, licensing
Ensure adherence and compliance to company standards
Human Resources - Achieve the best utlization and planning of staff resources,ensuring productivity and positive staff relations
Effective staffing procedures
Excellent communicatio and distribution of information
Effective scheduling and utlization of staff resources
Reporting relationships outlined
Job expectations outlined and regularly evaluated
Awareness and response to employee morale problems
Effective relation union representatives
Ongoing management development
Ongoing awareness of local compensation and benefits, practice and hotels relative comp
Guests and public relations - Represent the hotel and the company in a positive and productive manner to guests. Colleague community

Must have hotel experience
Package: around PHP 90,000 to PHP 100,000 + Mobile Allowance + Duty Meals + HMO upon hiring + Leave Benefits upon 1 year of service
