What will be your responsibilities?

Acquisition

Prospects for potential customers using various direct methods such as cold-calls and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
Conducts presentations to managers and decision makers
Drives the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales

Scopes and understands the key processes and financial transactions/usage in LGUs to provide relevant and valuable solutions
Engages with different departments or teams within LGUs to identify new opportunities and ensure coverage/penetration
Leads in the development, presentation, discussion and execution of relevant account-specific offers through an ecosystem approach - utilizing company products and services (i.e. disbursements, online and offline payments, cash-in, etc.), to address the identified needs/challenges of the partner.
Develops programs to help ensure KPIs are met
Negotiates effectively with key decision makers to create a win-win agreement
Perform adhoc functions as may be deemed necessary.

Monitors and ensures the timely implementation of key accounts projects
Responds and acts on the immediate resolution of escalated issues or challenges
Responds to email within 24hours
Returns calls and replies to SMS within 4hours
Resolves simple issues and customer concerns, with the help of support groups within SLAs

Develops and maintains strong business relationships with key decision makers by establishing regular engagement meetings and activities
Establishes and maintains relationships, knowing the organization and identifying key contacts, influencers and decision-makers, and ensures to get Team Leader support to cover top management.
Participates in industry events to build better engagement with partners and deeper understanding

Submits complete and accurate reports on time (i.e. sales call plan, pipeline, key accounts performance review, accounts profile)
Provides feedback on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers
Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation
