What will be your responsibilities?

Compose, develop, and evaluate letters, inclusive contracts, and other relevant documentation.
Facilitate the end-to-end application of working visas for foreign employees.
Prepare and process all the requirements and undertake procedures for the Exit Clearance Certificate (ECC) of the expat employees.
Preparation of transmittal slips and monitoring of all incoming and outgoing documents.
Safekeeping, organizing, maintaining, and securing all legal documents electronic and hard copies.
Monitor the legal department’s calendar to ensure that all mandatory compliance is submitted and completed in a timely manner (e.g., business permit quarterly assessment, GIS filing, etc.)
Coordinate and assist Messenger’s daily errands and schedules.
Prepare, process, and accomplish all the requirements necessary with various government agencies including but not limited to SEC, BIR, Local Government Units, etc.
Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all the companies and all matters disseminated to him/her and ensuring that the information and documents are kept secure.
Maintain and update tracking files for the Legal Department.
Other ad-hoc tasks as necessary.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years of work experience in Legal and/or Compliance related matters.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
