It is also the first umbilical cord blood and cord lining bank in the Philippines to become ISO 9001:2015 and AABB-accredited (formerly American Association of Blood Banks) making it the first and only facility in the Philippines to have acquired such prestigious status. Located in the UP-Ayalaland Technohub in Quezon City, the highly secure facility is managed by highly qualified laboratory biotechnologists and is equipped with multiple back-up systems. The 365-day stem cell banking facility, which was built in accordance to global gold standards, also uses the world’s most advanced fully automated cord blood processing system, SEPAX™, and has a storage capacity of 30,000 units.

Apart from umbilical cord blood and cord lining banking, Cordlife Philippines takes pride in the continuous expansion of its product portfolio under its umbrella brand, Genscreen, which now includes its Non-Invasive Prenatal Tests namely NICE and Prevue and its Genetic Test, PlumCare DNA Advisor.
