What will be your responsibilities?

Budget Tracking: Assist in the development and maintenance of project budgets by tracking expenses, monitoring variances, and ensuring adherence to financial plans.
Invoice Processing: Coordinate the processing of invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers, verifying accuracy and completeness before submission for payment.
Expense Reconciliation: Reconcile expenses against approved budgets and purchase orders, resolving discrepancies and ensuring that all expenditures are properly accounted for and documented.
Payroll Support: Provide support for payroll processing activities, including timekeeping, wage calculations, and distribution of paychecks or direct deposits to production personnel and staff.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and contractual obligations, including tax requirements, labor laws, and financial reporting standards.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, such as filing documents, organizing financial records, and assisting with other tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of Australian and international accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Xero, and other financial software systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
Can work in a flexible schedule following business needs.
Can work in Makati City, hybrid work setup
