ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Pioneer risk decision data operations team directly working with Strategists to enhance data strategies for risk engine/s.

● Provide consistent insights on risk engine decisions based on proactive surveillance.

● Collaborates with decision strategists to enhance automated decision hits via detailed feedback loop. ● Extends guidance to Fraud team for findings on feedback loop, as necessary.

● Reports to Head of decision strategy on findings that are deemed substantial and needs further escalation

● Provides visual clarity of the findings to stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

(Minimum requirements in terms of experience and background, skills and competencies for sourcing purposes)

● Comfortable with SQL Data Analysis

● Confident in MS Excel and Powerpoint

● Atleast 3 years of working experience

● Has background in Risk or Fraud department

● Keen in understanding simple patterns

● Has an eye for risk and detailed oriented

● Leadership experience is a plus factor
