What will be your responsibilities?

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Brand Manager at facts & fables. The Junior Brand Manager will be responsible for day-to-day brand management tasks, including developing and implementing brand strategies, conducting market research, planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, coordinating events, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.

Strong knowledge and understanding of branding and marketing principles
Experience in developing and implementing brand strategies
Proficiency in social media management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in event management and coordination
Familiarity with market research techniques and analysis
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
Background in fashion, beauty or luxury good is a plus
