What will be your responsibilities?

Gather monetary data and manage the maintenance of accounting journals.
Process and monitor payment of bills, requests, and others.

Responsible for bank reconciliation.
Responsible for monitoring and checking of receipts, and purchase order with its validity and
approval.
Acts as the Petty Cash Custodian by releasing and ensuring that the petty cash fund is
reconciled at all times.
Collect the sales of the Graphics Department and deposit to the company’s account as
scheduled.
Assist in the preparation of payroll and pay slips of the office and fabrication team. Release
Communicate with clients and various departments to find solutions on the outstanding
payments and clarify accounting related issues, procedures, and policies.
Organize reports required by management and other governmental organizations.
Ensure Records Management is in place.
Assist the Senior Finance Officer in all taxation process and procedures and ensure its optimal quality and other necessary documents for government compliance.
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the company’s financial statements and
reports.
Responsible for auditing and recordkeeping within the organization.
Responsible for examining financial and accounting records to verify their completeness and help make recommendations to the employer.
Assist the Senior Finance Officer in computing sales, commissions, verification of liquidations,and other reports needed by the company.
