What will be your responsibilities?

Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
Developing digital campaign and web measurement strategies.
Standardize and organize data in order to create data models that can be applied and studied to enhance the performance of existing and future campaigns.
Provide sound judgment in developing key performance indicators.
Create visualizations of data and reporting environments.
Make predictions based on data trends.
Collaborate with the group in developing, executing, and monitoring online campaigns that aim to:
1. Increase the awareness and website sessions of the official channels and presences that are managed by the group, and
2. Generate sales leads
3. Support the Sales Group in achieving its annual sales targets.
4. Support the DMCI Homes Leasing Services in achieving their annual rental/lease targets.
5. Support the DMCI PDI Hotels, Inc. in achieving their annual hotel booking targets.

Web power user – genuinely passionate about Web sites and the Internet
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Excel: Advanced, MS Powerpoint: Intermediate, MS Word: Intermediate)
Knowledgeable in MS PowerBI
Knowledgeable in Google Analytics
Knowledgeable in Web and IT applications
Knowledgeable in PC and MAC environments
Familiarity with the local Real Estate industry
Familiarity in Adobe Creative SuiteFamiliarity with Web programming
Familiarity with Web Content Management System (CMS) environments
Familiarity with Social Media
Familiarity with SEO techniques
